PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone dust collector for removing dust contained in a gas by centrifugal separation, which miniaturizes the apparatus size without reducing dust collecting efficiency by suppressing the re-entrainment of accumulated dust due to air current. SOLUTION: In the dust collector 1, an end face of an inner cylinder 4 not connecting to an outer cylinder 2 is blocked, an opening 6 to flow the gas in is provided on a side surface, the opening 6 is partitioned by a commutation member 7, and a plurality of commutation members 7 are arranged substantially along the substantial periphery of the inner cylinder 4 on the blocked surface of the inner cylinder 4. By this constitution, the cyclone dust collector can be provided in which the re-entrainment of accumulated dust due to air current can be suppressed and the apparatus size can be miniaturized without reducing the dust collecting efficiency.
