摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a molten steel comprising: a step for melting a scrap in an electric furnace; a step for dephosphorizing and decarbonizing the melted steel; and a step for additionally blowing carbon in the molten steel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an oxygen content inside the steel after electric furnace refining operation is very low in comparison with a molten steel produced through conventional converter refining, and exists in a minimum amount. Thus, deoxidation can be minimized, and generation of deoxidation inclusion due to a reaction between a deoxidizer and oxygen in a conventional method can be prevented. Therefore, the quality of a product can be improved by preventing defects caused by deoxidation inclusion. Moreover, operation with low costs can be possible by reducing the input of an expensive deoxidizer, for example, the input of aluminum (Al), and the refining operation time of the molten steel can be shortened by minimizing deoxidation operation.
