The present invention relates to shoes having properties of shock absorbing and breathability, wherein shocks conveyed to the shoes caused by contacting the ground during walking while wearing shoes are double absorbed and buffered so as not only to smoothly protect the human body by preventing damages to a person's foot, sole, joint parts and the like, but also to allow the person to walk in a convenient state by not easily feeling fatigue despite a long hour of walking. To this end, the present invention comprises an outsole, a midsole, an insole and uppers, wherein a slipsole is installed in the upper parts of the midsole of the present invention, and breathable cushion members having a specific elasticity are respectively coupled with the upper side of the midsole and the lower side of the slipsole in a contact to each other so as to absorb shocks, and breathable shock-absorbing members in a lattice form are respectively attached to be combined with the upper side of the midsole and the lower side of the insole in a contact to each other so as to buffer shocks. |
