The arrangement has a transformer comprising a transformer core with a bracket (K1) and a connecting yoke (K2), where the bracket and the yoke are designed in the form of a cylinder. Primary windings and secondary windings (T1.1, T1.2, T1.3) are arranged on the bracket. The secondary windings comprise connections (A1) e.g. neutral connection and external conductor connections. The conductor connections are mechanically and electrically connected with an electrically conducting carrier, where an outer end of the carrier lies at an outer side of the cylinder.
