<p>The invention relates to a system for securing the entrances/exits of an escalator/moving walkway, characterised in that said system comprises a portal-shaped means (3) installed at the entrance and/or exit of the escalator/walkway, comprising a means forming lateral uprights (4, 5), the top ends of which are connected by a transverse box-beam means (6), which contains a metal-shutter means (7) movable between a retracted position in the box-beam means (6) to allow access to the escalator/walkway and an active position deployed from the transverse box-beam means (6) between the means forming lateral uprights (4, 5) of the portal-shaped means (3), so as to prevent access to the escalator/walkway.</p> |
