The present invention relates to a jig for testing a burn-in board, which can test whether an NC signal line (or NC contact) is short, wherein the NC signal line (or NC contact) is an unused signal line but may be in a memory device and more particularly, to a jig for testing a burn-in board to be measured a parallel short resistance value by a testing device while the signal line is short with the NC signal line by connecting a device jig to the signal line in order to recognize as a single signal by binding only the NC contact and connecting to the extending signal line unused for a BBT tester in order to recognize an NC signal as a single signal line.
