A touch screen panel includes a substrate (100, 200) which has a number of first electrode connection patterns (110, 210). A number of first routing wires (112, 212) and a number of second routing wires (114, 214) are disposed on the same layer with the first electrode connection patterns. An insulation layer (120)/insulating patters(220) is formed on the substrate and over the first electrode connection patterns (120, 220). The insulation layer (120) has at least two contact holes (120a, 120b) that expose contact portions of each of the plurality of first electrode connection patterns. A number of first serial electrodes (130, 230) are arranged in parallel in a first direction and are connected with the plurality of first routing wires, respectively. Each first serial electrode includes a plurality of first electrode elements (131, 231). A plurality of second serial electrodes (135, 235, fig 5, 13) are arranged in parallel in a second direction, and are configured to intersect the first serial electrodes. The second serial electrodes are connected with the plurality of second routing wires, respectively, and each second serial electrode includes a plurality of second electrode elements (136, 236). The first electrode connection patterns connect adjacent electrode elements of each first serial electrode. |
