The present invention relates to a melting apparatus of a poly urethane reactive (PUR) adhesive for bookbinding, which has the purpose of enabling an economic use of a PUR adhesive by preventing a wasting factor of a melted PUR adhesive by blocking the contact with air and allowing the adhesive to be discharged with the air pressure when melting the PUR adhesive used in PUR bookbinding. The melting apparatus of the present invention comprises a heating and melting tank having a male screw thread on the upper end surface thereof having a container coupling groove with the top open and a female screw groove formed on the lower end of the center of the container coupling groove, and an adhesive nozzle on an outlet internally connected to the female screw groove to penetrate in one direction; a heating band wrapped around the outer periphery of the heating and melting tank and heating the heating and melting tank with the applied electric power; a tank lid having a female screw thread on the inner periphery of the upper end of the heating and melting tank so as to be screwed, an air pressure inlet port vertically penetrated in the center, and an air pressure nozzle on the upper end; an adhesive container having a bottle neck having a male screw thread formed on the outer periphery corresponding to the female screw groove formed in the lower end center inside the heating and melting tank, screwed through insertion in the container coupling groove of the heating and melting tank, and filled with a PUR adhesive therein; and a pressure cup having an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the adhesive container, having a hooking unit bent at the upper periphery thereof to be hung on the top of the adhesive container, and pressurizing and discharging the melted PUR adhesive forced into the adhesive container by the air pressure flowing in through the air pressure inlet port. |
