The present invention relates to a chocolate shaving machine. When a switch (83) of an operating unit (81) installed in a frame (30) is pressed, a cutting unit (50) connected to a rotating shaft (40) rotates. As the cutting unit rotates, a plurality of cutting blades (53) continuously passes the lower end of a chocolate block and cuts the lower end of the chocolate block. Chocolate slices cut away from the chocolate block are stacked at the outside of a contamination prevention cover. According to the present invention, the cholcolate shaving machine improves productivity of chocolate slices, is hygienic, and is easy to wash. |
