The present invention relates to a power amplifier for attenuating a harmonic. The power amplifier for attenuating a harmonic comprises: a first transistor with a gate through which an input signal is applied, and with a first end through which an amplified signal of the input signal is outputted; a harmonic feedback unit with a first end connected to the first end of the first transistor, and with a second end connected to a bulk of the first transistor; and a resistance with a first end connected to the bulk, and with a second end connected to a DC power source. The power amplifier for attenuating a harmonic according to the present invention may improve linearity of an output power by feeding back, to the bulk, a harmonic of which the phase is the reverse of that of the input signal of the gate to suppress the harmonics generated due to the amplification of signals inputted in the gate.
