The present invention relates to a visual inspection device for an omega seal weld of a reactor vessel closure head assembly. The visual inspection device comprises: a housing (10) having a photographing window (11A) at a side and a shield in an inner surface; a shielding body (20) installed downstream of the photographing window (11A) and disposed inside the housing (10); a camera (30) at the back of the shielding body (20) and disposed inside the housing (10); a fixing member (40) disposed under the shielding body (20) to support and fix the shielding body (20); a reflector installed to contact an inclined plane of the shielding body (20); a lighting unit (60) disposed on the housing where the photographing window (11A) is formed, and having an opening corresponding to the photographing window (11A) at a central portion thereof to photograph an inspection target weld through the photographing window (11A), wherein the shielding body (20), which is made of a transparent lead glass, and of which the cross section is a right-angled triangle, is installed such that one face thereof may seal the photographing window (11A) formed at the housing (10). According to above construction, the reflector (50) is not damaged by radioactive rays and an overall size of the visual inspection device is reduced, thus the visual inspection device may perform inspections while being easily moved in a small confined space between nozzles. |
