Provided in the present invention is a battery module with a bus-bar for changing the position of an output terminal, comprising: a battery cell laminate where electrode terminals are formed on the upper and lower ends thereof and multiple battery cells or unit cells connected serially or in parallel are vertically piled up thereon; a lower module case in which the battery cell laminate is installed; and an upper module case coupled to the lower module case and covering the upper surface of the battery cell laminate. A first output terminal electrically connected to the anodes of the battery cells or the unit modules, and a second terminal electrically connected to the cathodes of the battery cells or the unit modules are formed in both ends of the lower module case. A bus-bar connected to one between the first output terminal and the second output terminal and extended to the other side of the module case is installed on the upper module case.
