The present invention relates to a digital tachograph comprising a SRAM memory for buffering collected drive data; a NAND flash memory for receiving and storing the data buffered by the SRAM memory; a micom for controlling the SRAM memory to periodically send the drive data buffered by the SRAM memory to the NAND flash memory and controlling the NAND flash memory to store the drive data; and a power management part and an auxiliary power part for supplying power, which is applied from outside, to places needing power. The digital tachograph has been improved so that the data cannot be lost even if power is cut off as the data is stored step by step and the loss of the data, which is stored by the SRAM memory, is prevented. And the drive data of a vehicle can be collected, stored and managed for each driver even if a plurality of drivers share the single vehicle, e.g., buses, taxis, and trucks.
