A motor-driven compressor includes: an electric motor which includes a stator having a stator core and a coil end protruding from the stator core and a rotor; a rotational shaft; a compressing unit; a motor driving circuit; a housing which accommodates the compressing unit, the electric motor, and the motor driving circuit in order in the axial direction of the rotational shaft; a conductive body which electrically connects the motor driving circuit to the electric motor; a lead which is extended from the coil end; a connection terminal which electrically connects the conductive body to the lead; and a cluster block which accommodates the connection terminal. The cluster block is placed inside the housing. The cluster block is combined to the stator while at least part of the cluster block is placed inside in the radial direction of the rotation shaft from the coil end.
