摘要 The present invention relates to a 3D positioning apparatus of an underground facility which can manage actual measurement information of an underground facility with high reliability; can rapidly and accurately perform maintenance; can output and analyze every information of the underground facility in a required format by enabling a user to download the information obtained by actually measuring every kind of underground facilities with an underground detecting equipment through a tablet, and inputting the information by transmitting the information to a management computer using a GPS satellite and a mobile communication network; and enabling the user to sense a movement route and a height difference of the underground detecting equipment in three dimensions using a laser distance measurement device. The 3D positioning apparatus of an underground facility of the present invention comprises a tag part. the underground detecting equipment, the tablet, the mobile communication network and the management computer. The underground detecting equipment includes a transmitter part comprising a control part, a frequency variation unit, a mixer and an amplifier and a receiver part comprising a low noise amplifier, a phase changing unit, a mixer, a low pass filter, an amplifier, a high pass filter and an analog/digital converter. The underground detecting equipment further includes a measurement target attached to the underground facility, and a first and a second laser distance measurement unit for controlling a movement route and a traveling height of the underground detecting equipment. The tablet includes a first wireless part, a tablet control part, a second wireless part, a third wireless part, a GPS information storage part and a touch display part.
