Disclosed are a multi-view video streaming system and a method thereof capable of preventing a disconnection of a screen during a view point movement while reducing a band width which is necessary for streaming a multi-view video. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the provided method for providing the multi-view video streaming system includes the following steps in which: (a) the multi-view video streaming system divides and stores multiple videos of each individual time point composing a multi-view video and photographed at different time points and receives a first bulk stream which corresponds to first bulk data among the multiple bulk data from a multi-view video streaming server which streams by a bulk data unit (herein one of the bulk data includes the multiple videos of adjacent individual time points); and (b) the multi-view video streaming system displays a first individual time point video stream included in the first bulk stream on a user terminal.
