Disclosed is a draining apparatus of a building. The draining apparatus of a building includes: a housing body in which a drain pipe connected with a water plug is provided and which has an open upper part and a hollow inside; a first accommodation body which has a drain part put into one side of the housing body and inserted into the drain pipe and has each first handle located so that both sides of an upper surface correspond to each other; and a second accommodation body which is put into the other inner side of the housing body so as to adhere to the first accommodation body and which has each second handle located so that both sides of the upper part correspond to each other. The first and second accommodation bodies further include a first lift body and a second lift body which lift in the first and second accommodation bodies, respectively. Therefore, the present invention further has lift bodies lifting in the accommodation bodies so as to remove foreign materials deposited in the accommodation bodes without lifting the accommodation bodies, thereby easily removing the foreign materials. |
