An organic light emitting diode display device according to an aspect of the present invention comprises a substrate in which a plurality of pixels divided into a luminous area and a non-luminous area is defined; an antireflection layer formed on the substrate and including at least one metallic layer and at least one insulating layer; a thin film transistor formed on the antireflection layer in the non-luminous area and including a gate electrode; a passivation layer formed on the thin film transistor; a color refiner formed on the passivation layer in the luminous area and having one color among red, green and blue; and a light blocking member formed on the passivation layer in the non-luminous area, wherein the light blocking member includes a plurality of light blocking layers having different colors, and the light blocking layer is made of the same material as the color refiner.
