The present invention relates to a technology of a deco-sheet attached to furniture, electronic products, and building materials to express various decorations. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a deco-sheet capable of significantly reducing the sheet manufacturing costs, exhibiting excellent flexibility and transparency, and enhancing the surface strength to have high scratch resistance and contamination resistance. The method according to the present invention comprises: a fabric supplying step of winding a fabric from a fabric roll to supply the fabric at a predetermined rate, wherein the surface of the fabric is printed with a colored layer with various interior patterns; a film extruding step of respectively melting a PET-G resin and a PET-A resin in an extruder to doubly extrude a PET-G film and a PET-A film; a film coating step of pressing and coating the PET-G film and the PET-A film, which are doubly extruded in the film extruding step, on a surface of the supplied fabric to have a predetermined thickness; a cooling step of cooling a sheet, in which the PET-G film and the PET-A film are doubly pressed and coated on the surface of the fabric through the film coating step, to 15-25°C; and a winding step of winding the sheet, which is cooled through the cooling step and then transferred, on a winding roll. |
