The cutting tool assembly according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a cutter main body including an insertion pocket having a bottom wall, at least two side walls and a corner part between side walls, a clamp pin hole extended from the bottom wall with a slope, a screw hole having a slope to the clamp pin hole and meeting the lower side of the clamp pin hole on the inner end thereof; a clamp pin including a pin body inserted into the clamp pin hole and having a central axis (C1) extended in the longitudinal direction, a head extended along a central axis (C2) having an angle (α) to the central axis (C1), and having a pressing area facing the corner part, and a notch formed in the lower part of the pin body; a cutting insertion part an upper surface, a lower surface, sides positioned between the upper and lower surfaces and contacting with the side walls, and a bore having an inner periphery contacting with the pressing area of the head; and a set screw coupled with the screw hole, and pressing the head of the clamp pin toward the bottom wall of the insertion pocket in gear with the notch of the clamp pin. A first contact part (P3) where the side walls of the insertion pocket contact the sides of the cutting insertion part, and a second contact part (P4) where the pressing area of the head contacts the inner periphery of the bore are positioned so that the moment operates to the cutting insertion part from the cutting insertion part toward the bottom wall of the insertion pocket, putting the first contact part (P3) in the center.
