The present invention relates to a file for holding document sheets, which comprises a file cover (10) consisting of covers (10a, 10c) and a corner portion (10b), and having insertion bar holes (11) on the covers (10a, 10c); multiple plastic bag sheets (7) having insertion holes (8) insertion-coupled with insertion bars (24) inserted from the surface of the insertion bar hole (11) and settled inside the file cover (10); and an outer file clip (20) having the insertion bars (24) inserted into the insertion holes (8) and covering a part of the covers (10a, 10c) of the surface of the file cover (10). The outer file clip (20) combined to the outer surface of the file cover (10) comprises side walls (22, 25) vertically having insertion pipes (23) and insertion bars (24) which are combined to be able to be mutually combined and separated, and a base wall (26) supporting the outer surface of the corner portion (10b) integrally with the outer end of the side walls (22, 25). A name card holding sheet (30) holding a file name is added to the side walls (22, 25) and the base wall (26), and guide grooves (27) is formed on the side walls (22, 25). A guide combination hole (32) making an insertion hole (34) inserting and holding the outer surface of the outer file clip (20) and the name card is formed on the name card holding sheet (30) corresponding to the guide grooves (27). |
