A pedal capable of providing constant operation sensation according to the present invention comprises a hard plate (20) which is pressed by a driver and is formed on a pedal arm (1) hinged to a vehicle body and a soft plate (30) which is made of a soft PP relative to the hard plate (20). The pedal allows a user not to feel a difference when operating the pedal even though the user does not evenly press the hard plate (20) and the soft plate (30) and contributes to the quality improvement of the pedal by providing soft and constant sensation.
