The present invention relates to a nail assembly for a grid nailing slope reinforcement method including: a nail which has a long bar shape and has a fastening male screw part over a part of a longitudinal section; a distribution plate which has a distribution plate main body having a nail through hole through which the nail passes and a plurality of clamp mounting holes and which has a plurality of gripping claws protruding outward from the outer circumferential edge of the distribution plate main body in a radial direction and bent downward to the ground; a nail fastening nut screwed to a fastening female screw part on the upper surface of the distribution plate; a clamp which has a mounting part fastened and fixed to the upper surface of the distribution plate and having a fastening through hole corresponding to the clamp mounting hole and which has a clamping part integrally bent and extending from the mounting part and clamping, on the upper surface of the distribution plate, a wire rope passing through the upper surface of the distribution plate; and a clamp fastening bolt screwed to the clamp mounting hole by passing through the fastening through hole of the clamp. Therefore, the present invention can prevent the nail from being detached from the slope by installing a nail fixing the wire rope and can prevent the displacement of a slope by stably fixing a filter net and a geogrid to the slope using the gripping claw of the nail.
