The present invention relates to a pixel array structure including a plurality of pixel groups and an organic light emitting display device including the same. Wherein, each pixel group includes four pixels which are arranged with a lattice shape and a white subpixel which is arranged in the center of four pixels. According to the present invention, provided are the pixel array structure and the organic light emitting display device including the same, capable of more efficiently arranging a pixel in consideration of the features of the pixel.
