The present invention relates to a distilled extract of apricot kernel and Gleditsia japonica fruits, a production method thereof, and a cosmetic composition comprising the same and more specifically to: a distilled extract of apricot kernel and Gleditsia japonica fruits, which is obtained by distilling and extracting apricot kernel and Gleditsia japonica fruits using an extraction solvent; a production method thereof; and a use of applying the distilled extract to a cosmetic composition. The distilled extract has an antioxidative effect and a collagen synthesis promoting effect, improves skin elasticity and a moisturizing function when the distilled extract is applied to a cosmetic product, and prevents the skin aging and skin wrinkling.
