The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of crunch chocolate containing laver and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of crunch chocolate containing laver, which comprises (1) a step of melting white chocolate by heating in a double-boiler; (2) a powderizing step of pulverizing laver; (3) a step of crushing step of crushing laver; (4) a step of mixing the laver powder, crushed laver and puffing balls in the manufactured white chocolate melt; and (5) a step of pouring the manufactured mixture in a mold and cooling. According to the manufacturing method of crunch chocolate containing laver according to the present invention, crunch chocolate with a good taste and abundant nutrients due to contained laver components, which are beneficial for the human body, is able to be manufactured by manufacturing crunch chocolate by mixing laver powder, crushed laver, puffing balls and white chocolate melt obtained by melting white chocolate, at a specific ratio.
