摘要 The present invention relates to a method for screening agoist or antagonist of human seven transmembrane protein 1 (hSTM1) which is a human orphan G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) and more specifically, to a method for screening agonist or antagonist of hSTM1 using yeasts which express hSTM1 protein, to a method for identifying activities of hSTM1 regulator using the yeasts which express hSTM1 protein, to a method for screening agonist or antagonist of hSTM1 by treating yeasts which express guanidine nucleotide binding protein, alpha inhibiting activity polypeptide 3 (Gnai3) protein and hSTM1 protein with agonist or antagonist candidate substances or agonist or antagonist candidate substances and pertussis toxin (PTX) and identifying growth level of the yeasts treated with the candidate substances, to a screening kit of the agonist or the antagonist of the hSTM1, and to a yeast transformant to which an expression vector including polynucleotide which codes the hSTM1 protein, and activities of Ras1 protein is more reduced than wild type.
