ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING TRANSISTOR AND ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY APPARATUS

An organic light emitting transistor and an organic light emitting display are disclosed. Each pixel of the organic light emitting display is consisted of a plurality of sub pixels by the organic light emitting transistor which comprises: a plurality of gate electrodes having different areas and is closely arranged; a source and a drain electrode; and an organic thin film layer including an organic light emitting material formed in between the source and the drain electrode. It is possible to express the gradation by selectively on and off, by a data signal, sub pixels of the pixel selected by a scan signal.
