The present invention is a component which combines a ceiling light body (106) to a lighting tool cover frame (105) with a fixing decoration (107) attached to the lighting tool cover frame (105). The present invention easily performs the installation of a product and the detachment of a cover. The fixing decoration (107) is inserted into the cover frame (105) and a separate fixing decoration is not inserted into the outer side. The present invention is designed so that construction is convenient with a hook method of the fixing decoration (107) in the installation of the product. The fixing decoration (107) is divided in two directions when the cover frame (105) is attached and detached to the ceiling light body (106). The fixing decoration (107) fixates so that the cover frame (105) and the ceiling light body (106) are not separated through a hole (108) of a body.
