摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a composite material for an automobile and a manufacturing thereof, wherein the material is used for a head liner, a rear shelf, and luggage trim for an automobile. The composite material for an automobile according to the present invention has a foamed sheet made of a resin which is selected from a group consisting of a polypropylene-based resin, a polyethylene-based resin, and a mixture thereof, a first reinforcing layer which laminated on both surfaces of the foamed sheet and comprises mesh made of glass fibers and chop made of glass fibers, a second reinforcing layer which laminated on both surfaces of the first reinforcing layer and comprises non-woven fabric or an extruded sheet, and a hotmelt element which combines the foamed sheet, the first reinforcing layer and the second reinforcing layer. The composite material for an automobile according to the present invention can be manufacture through an inline process, contributes to the reduction of the weight of an automobile due to its light weight, and improves mechanical properties.</p>
