PURPOSE: A notice sign system of a broken-down vehicle and a method thereof are provided to display danger information by controlling the danger information according to road conditions, thereby preventing a secondary accident. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit receives the input information of a driver. A storage unit stores at least one animation laser image and mechanic information. A laser generation unit (130) displays the animation laser image on a road. A motion drive unit (140) controls the projection direction and distance of the animation laser image. A power supply unit (150) supplies power by using a battery.
