A vision inspection apparatus comprising a lighting part capable of adjusting a light irradiation angle according to the present invention is a vision inspection apparatus for determining a good state or a bad state of an inspecting target by photographing the inspecting target through a camera, comprising: a stage unit on which the inspecting target is loaded; a camera unit having a lens and an image sensing part so as to photograph an image of the inspecting target; the lighting part for providing the lighting for the inspecting target; a vision processing unit for determining the good state or the bad state of the inspecting target by reading the image photographed through the camera unit; and a control unit for controlling the constituent elements, wherein the lighting part comprises a plurality of lighting units separated from each other, and the plurality of lighting units have adjustable light irradiation angles. The present invention enables easy production of the lighting part by separately forming the lighting for constituting the lighting part in the lighting units and assembling the lighting units to constitute the entire lighting part. In addition, trial and error for designing and processing the lighting part can be minimized by adjustably constituting the light irradiation angle of each lighting unit. The brightness uniformity of the entire light irradiated on the inspecting target can be improved by removing an overlapped part of the light or a lightproof part when the light is irradiated by the lighting part. |
