The present invention relates to a PLC controller outputting a register value by a PLC and recording a setting value by a microcomputer in a register of the PLC by using a first communication part. The invention includes an angle sequence for recording and storing an output value in the register of the PLC by using a second communication part after receiving the register value of the PLC by the communication part and comparing the register value with an input value detected by an encoder. The present invention maximizes the usability of the PLC controller by expanding a control range and improves a control speed as compared to one-directional processing which receives only external input of the angle sequence like an existing PLC controller as the PLC and the angle sequence generate a preset value, a register value, an external input value, and an output value through bidirectional processing after the angle sequence compares the register value made by storing the setting value in the register of the PLC to the input value detected by the encoder by receiving the register value through communication with the PLC.
