PURPOSE: A multipurpose fruit aging system is provided to maintain the desired temperature and humidity regardless of the height of the fruit. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose fruit aging system comprises: a storage(100) with an opening formed on a side of upper and lower parts; an air control unit(200) with a heater(210) for producing heat to inside; a cooler(220) for producing cool air attached closely to the opening on one side; one or more ultra violet ray lamps(230) sterilizing absorbed air; and an exhaust duct(250) connecting the air control unit and an opening formed on the lower part of the storage; an air intake duct(260) formed with multiple intake ports(261) with certain interval; one or more blower fans(270) equipped inside of the air intake duct, and a control unit(300) controlling the heater, the cooler, and the blower fans. |
