PURPOSE: An opening and closing cover of an oven chamber for a liquid crystal display glass substrate is provided to prevent distortion of the cover due to heat in the oven chamber by forming a top panel and a bottom panel of the cover with materials of different thermal expansion coefficients with each other. CONSTITUTION: A cover(100) includes a frame(110), a top panel(120) and a bottom panel(130). The frame is matched with an opening shape of an oven chamber. The top panel and the bottom panel are combined with the top and the bottom of the frame. The top panel and the bottom panel are made of materials having different thermal expansion coefficients with each other. |
