The present invention relates to a pin joint structure between a PC beam and a vertical member using a spacer to improve constructability and economic efficiency as a steel frame usage decreases by using a PC beam and a PC column instead of using a rigid joint method for filling a joint between a beam and a vertical member with concrete in a building in which a core wall bears the entire horizontal load; and as a PC beam and a vertical member (PC column and core wall) are joined to each other by a pin at a distance using a spacer without being filled with concrete.
