The present invention relates to a metal plate fixing device of a press punching mold capable of fixing a metal plate not to be moved when holes are punched on the metal plate by a press punching mold. More specifically, the metal plate fixing device of the press punching mold generates vertical pressing force using a lifting member mounted on a lower mold when an upper mold moves down toward the lower mold, and converts the vertical pressing force generated by the lifting member to horizontal pressing force using a horizontal connection member fastened with a lifting pin of the lifting member. The present invention transmits the pressing force of the horizontal connection member to a rod positioned in one side of the front surface of the lower mold and allows a pressing plate positioned in one side of the front surface of the lower mold on which the metal plate is partially positioned in a state where the pressing plate is connected to the rod to apply the pressing force received from the rod to the metal plate so that the metal plate can be fixed between one side of the front surface of the lower mold and the pressing plate. The present invention can prevent the hands of a worker from fitting between the upper and lower molds because the worker does not need to grip the punched metal plate and can increase the accuracy of the punched holes by consistently applying the pressing force of the pressing plate to the metal plate. Also, the present invention can minimize the fatigue of the worker; thereby reducing the degradation of productivity.
