The present invention relates to frozen rice cake containing starch and a manufacturing method thereof, more specifically the rice cake which contains 10-30 parts by weight of starch for the total weight of the rice cake and the manufacturing method thereof. The rice cake which does not deteriorate or generate cracks on the surface is provided after freezing and thawing by the present invention. |
