The present invention provides a method for knitting a knitted fabric capable of, when a first knitted fabric part and a second knitted fabric part are respectively connected to a third fabric part and a fourth fabric part, overlapping at least a portion of the third knitted fabric part and at least a portion of the fourth knitted fabric part in a thickness direction. A third knitted fabric part (3) is knitted to continue in a wale direction of a first knitted fabric part (1). Here, catching loops (301, 302) are knitted at locations neighboring sides (3L1, 3L2) of the third knitted fabric parts (3). In succession, a fourth knitted fabric part (4) is knitted to continue in a wale direction of a second knitted fabric (2). Here, stitches at locations neighboring sides (4L1, 4L2) of the fourth knitted fabric parts (4) are combined with the catching loops (301, 302) of the third knitted fabric part (3). |
