The present invention relates to a frozen food crushing device which directly crushes and forcibly transfers frozen food including meat and fish without thawing in a factory where massive amount of frozen food should be processed at once. The frozen food crushing device prevents the loss of nutrients, decrease of freshness, and bacterial contamination of the food during a thawing process, and rapidly performs crushing and forcible transfer processes at once for reducing the number processes, manpower, and costs. The frozen food crushing device comprises the following: a housing (4) located on the lower side of a hopper (8) for installing a forcible transfer screw (1) operated by a motor (M); a rotation blade (6) and a porous plate (7) installed inside a rotation blade housing (5) located in front of the housing; blade installation stands (2) installed on the rear side of some of forcible transfer wings of the forcible transfer screw (1) around a screw shaft with constant intervals; and a frozen food crushing blade (3) detachably coupled and fixed to one side of the blade installation stands for crushing and forcibly transferring the frozen food at the same time. |
