The present invention relates to a vehicle power seat for preventing malfunction. The vehicle power seat according to the present invention comprises a driving motor for supplying a driving force to shift the power seat; a battery power source (B+) for supplying power to the driving motor; a manipulation switch manipulated by a user to rotate the driving motor; a transistor (Q) for being turned on by the power supplied by the battery power source (B+) if the switch is manipulated; a relay for applying a driving current to the driving motor as the transistor (Q) is turned on; and a resistance (R3) mounted between the battery power source (B+) and the manipulation switch to prevent the change of a reference voltage which is preset for turning on/off the transistor. Therefore, the present invention can prevent the shift of the power seat in an unintended situation even if the manipulation switch malfunctions due to rainwater or dewfall.
