摘要

Disclosed are an anti-reflective film, a manufacturing thereof and solar cell using the same. The anti-reflective film, the manufacturing thereof and the solar cell using the same can be manufactured by a simple progress with a surface texturing process from a distribution of nanoparticles and wet-etching nanoparticles through a sol-gel method.
