An apparatus and method for supporting one-on-one consultation are disclosed. The apparatus for supporting one-on-one consultation comprises: an information identifying unit for identifying mentee information for a mentee terminal in connection with a mentoring request of the mentee terminal; a mentor extracting unit for extracting, from a database, mentor information which matches the identified mentee information and is set to be activated; and a processing unit for making a mentor list, based on the extracted mentor information, providing the mentee terminal with the mentor list, and providing the mentee terminal with mentor information identified on a selection command for the mentor list.
