An organic light emitting display and a method for manufacturing the same are discussed. The organic light emitting display includes a substrate, an organic light emitting diode positioned on the substrate, and a bather covering the organic light emitting diode. The organic light emitting diode includes a first electrode, an organic layer, and a second electrode. The barrier includes at least one first block monomer layer and at least one second block monomer layer including inorganic precursors. The at least one first block monomer layer and the at least one second block monomer layer are alternately stacked in a vertical direction. |
