An injection syringe having suture thread for wrinkle (100) according to the present invention comprises: a needle (110) which has a sharp leading part (111) in order to be inserted into skin (K); a through hole (113) formed in the needle (110); suture thread (120) inserted into the through hole (113); and a plurality of knots (123, 125) formed in the suture thread so that the suture thread (120) in which knots (123, 125) are formed can be easily embedded into subcutaneous muscle (S). Therefore, the knots (123, 125) formed in the suture thread (120) can easily pull the subcutaneous muscle (S), and can prevent a phenomenon that the subcutaneous muscle (S) is slid and returned, and can maintain an unwrinkle state until the suture thread (120) is absorbed into human body. |
