The output (PA) has four power transistors (T) each comprising a diode (D) that is blocked during normal operation of the respective transistor. A set of electrical supply lines couples the transistors with supply and reference potentials. A safety fuse (S) is triggered by a current that flows through the diode, where the diode is arranged in a direction of conduction when the supply and reference potentials are interchanged. |
