PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition having anti-oxidant effects and anti-skin aging effects which contains gelidium amansii, brown seaweed, mill bud, and bergamot is provided to enhance radical elimination ability and wrinkle improvement effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition having anti-oxidant effects and anti-skin aging effects contains gelidium amansii, brown seaweed, mill bud, and bergamot as active ingredients. The gelidium amansii, brown seaweed, mill bud are contained at the mass ratio of 1-10 : 1-10 : 1-10. The cosmetic composition having the anti-oxidant activity additionally contains bergamot extract. The extract of Gelidiaceae, brown seaweed, mill bud and Bergamot are respectively contained at the mass ratio of 1- 10: 1-10 : 1-10 : 1-10. The extract of Gelidiaceae, brown seaweed, mill bud and Bergamot extracted as water, C1-C3 of low class alcohol or a mixture thereof.
