The present invention relates to a press apparatus for a flexible printed circuit board and more specifically, to a press apparatus which separates a single flexible printed circuit board from an object, where multiple flexible printed circuit boards are formed for press processing, such as punching and blanking through lifting or lowering of an upper plate. The press apparatus for a flexible printed circuit board performs press processing such as punching and blanking by continuously supplying part of the flexible printed circuit boards of the object for press processing to a lower plate of a press mold, makes a conveyor unit of a discharge unit move horizontally to the lower part of the open upper plate after processing, and receives a processed and separated flexible printed circuit board in order to be discharged from an outlet. The press apparatus for a flexible printed circuit board comprises: a press mold which includes an upper plate and a lower plate for separating a single flexible printed circuit board from an object being processed; a transfer unit which transfers the object being processed to the lower plate; and a discharge unit which discharges by receiving the flexible printed circuit board from the press mold while being inserted or withdrawn into or from the press mold. The transfer unit comprises: a transfer rail; a transfer body which is able to move by sliding along the transfer rail; and a transfer frame whose one end is combined with the transfer body, and whose other end is combined with a jig where the object being processed is seated in order to guide and transfer the jig to the lower plate according to the sliding movement of the transfer body. In addition, guide grooves where the transfer frame passes are installed on the upper and lower plates. |
