The present invention relates to an excavator capable of vertically elevating a driver seat, which secures the sight of the driver by adjusting the height of the driver seat when working in a region lower or higher than the ground so as to increase the efficiency of the excavation, and is able to protect the operator from scattering materials such as stones scattered at work. In particular, the excavator of the present invention is characterized in that a pair of vertical frames are fixed and installed on the upper part of a frame in rear of the driver seat, a plate elevating with oil pressure or electricity as a driving power source is installed between the vertical frames, and the back side of the driver seat is fixed and installed in the plate so as to be able to elevate along the plate. Further, the present invention is characterized in that an impact absorption member such as a spring is installed under the driver seat so as to prevent the impact against the frame in descending, and a bellows type protective cover is installed between the driver seat and the frame so as to prevent inflow of scattering contaminants at work. The present invention is characterized in that the vertical frames are installed to be diagonal at a predetermined angle so that the driver seat elevates to make an inclination angle from the front to the back. |
