<p>The system has software elements (L) installed on servers (S) and terminals (Ta, Tc) e.g. telephone, for connecting the system with real or virtual assisting devices of assisted and consultant type agents to send signals e.g. electric signal, orders or commands to control the devices. A data base (B) stores information required for the identification and authentication of the agents when the base is connected to the servers through the terminals. The data base stores a circular association between the assisted type agent and a part of device, and between the consultant agents or devices.</p> |
